Joseph Benjamin Benian
Joseph’s story began with his Italian-French ancestors from whom he inherited a great temperament and exceptional sense for tastes. Joseph thus soon recognized which road he wanted to take. During the course of his career in the hotel industry and bartending he travelled 61 world countries. He studied and drew inspiration from the human stories he listened to. He then transformed all of this to several successful projects and, in 2012, to the recipe for the present-day BENTIANNA.
If there’s anyone who could write a book about how to run a top-notch bar, Peter is the obvious candidate. He worked as a manager in the most famous hotels and bars in Slovak Republic and knows pretty much all the bar secrets and stories. His career eventually took him to Lemon Tree, where he met with Joseph B. Benian again after several years. In 2013, Joseph established a company named Taste Evolution and that’s where Peter’s steps headed. Here he dedicates himself to the sales – his mission and his hobby.
