  • 5 cl Pisco
  • 2,5 cl BENTIANNA
  • 2 cl mountain honey
  • 1,5 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 4 white grapes berries
  • 1 bar spoon of vanilla sugar
  • garnish: vanilla crust, 3 pieces of white grape on a woodstick

Making: shake, fine strain


White grapes, lemon juice and vanilla sugar go into the shaker. Crush it well with muddler and gradually add remaining ingredients. Prepare vanilla sugar crust. Start with white sugar syrup in a small separate container. With a small brush, make a line about 3 cm wide with the sugar syrup on the sidewall of a glass, from top to bottom. Head over to the sink and dust this line with vanilla sugar. Shake the cocktail well in a shaker and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 white grape berries on a wood skewer.
