Honey Blomst

Ingredients:

  • 3 cl BENTIANNA
  • 5 cl Vodka
  • 1 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 1,5 cl almond syrup
  • 3 dashes of Saffron bitter
  • garnish: slice of orange peel

Preparation:

Glass: Cocktail glass
Making: shake, fine strain

Put all the ingredients into a shaker one by one and add ice. Shake all together and strain through double strain into the cocktail glass.

Note: You can also serve this drink warmed up as an autumn punch. Just add 30 ml of water, boil and garnish with dried orange.

Honey Blomst is a marvelous autumn cocktail brimming with flavors. We serve it atop an ice floe resembling pure icebergs.
