Pineapple BENTIANNA Cobbler

Difficulty of preparation:



  • 7 cl BENTIANNA
  • 2 bar spoons of pineapple marinade juice
  • 3 pieces of marinated pineapple
  • Soda water
  • Garnish: small mint sprig, fresh seasonal fruit

Making: Straight Way


Pour BENTIANNA into glass, add 2 bar spoons of pineapple marinade juice and 3 pieces of marinated pineapple. Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently. Top up with soda water and again stir gently. Garnish with small mint sprig and fresh seasonal fruit. Add a wooden skewer to the glass for the marinated pineapple.

Pineapple marinade “Spicy Style“

Cut the pineapple and slice it into smaller triangles. Dry fry the triangles until golden, then place it into a plastic container and add 3 grains of cardamom, 2 cloves and 1 star anise. Cover the pineapple with cane sugar. Close the container and put on espresso machine until the sugar melts to liquid state. Keep refrigerated.
