Roaring Swizzle

Difficulty of preparation:



  • 5cl white rum
  • 3 cl BENTIANNA
  • 3 cl homemade honey butter flavored with tonka beans
  • 2 spritzes Chocolate bitter
  • garnish: tonka beans, caramel candy
Glass: white white glass
Making: swizzle


Build all ingredients into mixing glass and mix them first without ice using the “swizzling” technique. Then add first part of ice and mix again using the same technique. Repeat for the third time. Finish with filling the glass completely with crushed ice. Garnish with grated tonka beans and flambéd caramel candy.

Honey butter:

Take 100 grams of butter and 450 grams of honey. Dissolve butter on a pan or in a small pot and slowly add honey. Keep stirring and watch it carefully until the two ingredients unite. Let it cool a bit and gently grate tonka beans in the honey butter – keep grating for about 10 seconds. Pour the butter in a nice container that will enable you to manipulate with the contents during preparation of the cocktail.
